急問！父親住院，吃不下飯，怎麽辦？

父親在國內，85歲，有家人照顧。最近因無力走不動路，胃口不好住院，剛做完各項檢查，要周一才知道結果。

1. 目前情況還是吃不下東西，護工說晚上睡不好，咳嗽，總想小便，起來了又沒有多少。

2.有高血壓，一直藥物控製

3.幾年前診斷前列腺癌，保守治療，定期複查指標沒問題

4.平時不愛活動，近一年很少出門，腿沒力氣，走不動路

請問父親這種情況，可能是什麽原因？該如何護理，能吃些什麽？可以吃蛋白粉嗎，或者料理機打主食糊糊，蔬菜泥，果泥，能多少吃一些？
