請教關於postal nasal drip (鼻涕倒流）

20歲的年輕人隻要著涼感冒， 在症狀消失後， 就是老有postal nasal drip,  並由於鼻涕倒流到喉嚨裏 引起 咳嗽，有時是白色的黏稠吐沫， 有時不粘稠， postal nasal drip & cough 每次都持續 1 --- 2 個月。   

請教對postal nasal drip 有了解的 朋友 ， 分享一下經驗&治療方法。  非常感謝。
