我有個personal blender那杯子很方便,煮熟的黑豆加些芝麻,有時還加點核桃仁,就用那杯子喝,量也合適。
黑豆先水泡用高壓鍋煮熟後存冰箱,想吃就挖部分出來;芝麻也是炒過的。
