無法判斷是肌肉還是筋健損傷，但如果不是骨頭損傷，不妨詢問醫生，可否用體外衝擊療法。據說效果很好。

其實孤舟漁翁(劉樹博) 的擊打袋療法，原理類似。估計效果會不錯。擊打治療腰背疼痛案例
