高中生一般在哪裏配鏡？costo 和lens craft 之類的哪些比較好？

以前在sams配過，但是覺得不好，戴了走路都暈。每年都要換，配太貴的好像也沒意思。但是怕質量不好對孩子的視力有傷害。
