【問診貼】請教各位大神，高人，過來人，teenage臉上青春痘的問題（有圖慎入）

幫朋友在這發帖求助，朋友的女兒，ABC，16歲，臉上的青春痘非常嚴重，整張臉都像附圖一樣。飲食正常，不挑食，每天蔬菜水果都吃不少。大便正常。睡眠不好，半夜時不時的會起床上廁所小便 （平時白天也尿頻）。每天都有1個小時以上的運動。每天都喝至少一升水，不喝牛奶。家庭醫生開的藥膏不起作用，想轉專科看但專科不收她。請教這裏的大拿或者有成功經驗的家長，有什麽好建議。小姑娘以前的臉細膩光滑，白裏透紅。自從進入teenage，開始來月經，青春痘就此起彼伏，幾年後就成這樣。
