therapists.

What is your occupation? What is your favorite sports? Any trauma before?

You might have shoulder joint instability with thoracic kyphosis, rotator cuff tendinotis/tendinitis, inflamation in the altered joint...

You could get a permit from your doctor for massage therapy.  It might be your best choice to look for a well-trained massage therapist to treat the problems with the proper assessment and the corrective exercises.

If there is no psychological factor, it might need 3 or 6 sessions ( one hour/session) to help your shoulder get centered and healed.

You could get another MRI if you feel much better and your shoulder function normally.

Then, you will soon know the answer from your doctor...
