請教：左腹不明隆起可能是什麽？

在校生，忽然發現左腹有隆起，離肚擠眼垂直距離大約11厘米處（身高169）。大部分時間無感，在某些姿勢會感到不適。學校health service 約到3月份了，想問問可能是什麽問題（幾天前曾有過便秘，現已正常）， 需要立即求醫嗎？多謝！
