耳朵裏好癢怎麽辦？

好幾個月了， 每次用皮炎平塗塗就好幾天，不塗就好癢，影響半夜睡覺，醫生要我不要掏耳朵，我癢的時候有時候會用發夾輕輕撓撓。多謝了。
