用Tylenol PM, 主要成份：Acetaminophen is a pain reliever and a fever reducer. Diphenhydramine is an antihistamine.

或 Benadryl, 成份： Diphenhydramine is an antihistamine.

嘔：霍香正氣丸（水，見效快，但裏麵含酒精）

 

其實，這波O變最典型的症狀是：流鼻涕（Runny nose) , Benadryl可以幫助減少鼻塞流涕。流涕

和 咽部不適（Sore throat)
