WHO總幹事說：疫苗對防止輕症和感染的保護作用下降，對防重症和死亡略降

"Evolving evidence suggests a small decline in the effectiveness of vaccines against severe disease and death, and a decline in preventing mild disease or infection," he said without giving specifics.

防輕症和感染是decline，防重症和死亡是small decline
