父親在國內，肺癌晚期，基因檢測以後找不到匹配的靶向藥，下一步怎麽辦？

懇請大家的幫助

1 我爸85歲，一個月前診斷肺癌晚期。醫生不建議做手術或化療。

2 本來要做氣管鏡活檢的，但醫生說他身體狀況做氣管鏡有風險，後來就做了基因檢測.

3 現在結果出來，是所謂臨床意義不明確的基本變異，沒有相關的靶向藥物

我的問題

1 現在還有必要再去做氣管鏡找病理嗎？這樣需要一個全麻手術。

2 盡量基因報告找不到合適的靶向藥，報告裏推薦了阿法替尼和安羅替尼，這些藥物對我父親多少會有用嗎？

3 我們家人的意見是讓父親盡量少痛苦的狀況下延長生命，我們還可以做什麽嗎？
