既然沒有PCP給你解答，俺就幫幫你。

1：任何部位T score 《-2.5， 就是osteoporosis
2：在Fosamax的同時要Vit D 800 IU 加鈣1200-1500 mg/天。如果沒有吃，隻用Fosamax效果不佳。
3：我一般給病人用Reclast，一年一次，靜脈用藥。見link
