地主們通常怎麽處理？

我的租客住了一年， 一年後按月簽。 每月一號叫房租。 今天13 號， 她發個信息說她要買房子了， 現在給30 天的notice， 如果順利想在12 月10 號搬。 我第一次遇到租客不是在月底搬的， 不知道怎麽操作。 老地主能給些建議嗎？ 12 月份很難找到租客， 而且是住一半就搬， 不知道怎麽回複她？ 也不知道法律是怎麽規定的？ 謝謝
