gas furnace, valve. all over the place. Get a written quote. Do not deal with single person contractor. You could good price or you got robbed. price not stable.
blower motor or inducer motor change in gas furnace could cost a few hundred to $1-2k easily from pro. May be better to change to new furnace if current one is too old and your hands can not get dirty.

Once I need to get sprinkler repaired, a company quote me like $120/hr. I did not know they sent two people and changed a controller that may be good (need to control well pump). 5-6 hr and I was told only after work was done. final price close to $2k (It pissed me off). I can do similar work now. Doesn't mean I will do it all depending on my time and mood.
