老朽大哥能不能說一說 房地產的未來是看好還是看不好 (看裏麵我寫了我最近的困惑)

最近我們這邊的房租突然不太漲了，甚至有點下調的趨勢。與此同時，HOA費用和地稅卻一直在漲。和十年前相比，現在的投資回報（Profit）並沒有明顯增加，甚至有些房產的收益還比以前更低。

在通貨膨脹持續上升的情況下，請問大家怎麽看未來的房地產趨勢？
是不是整體比較悲觀？還是說這隻是一個短暫的過渡期（transition period）？
