請教網友 - 如果買個隻能現金出價需要裝修的房子做1031，置換到的房子tax base 是否就是買價，

如果做reverse 1031且買的房子價格低，是否明年報稅的時候就需要對差價繳納增值稅？這種交換是否值得做？
