請教朋友們一個問題

現在要買一個大一點的房子，想把兩個出租房賣掉來一次付清。

但是幾個出租房可能在這個房子close以前賣不掉。

俺的問題是：如果兩個出租房在這個房子買了以後半年或者一年以後賣掉，賣出租房的錢可不可以仍然用1031來付新買到的房子的貸款。

印象中好像買房和賣房必須同時進行才能用1031。

請朋友們幫忙解析一下。
