要換cartridge valve，但是handle弄不下來

請教大家一個問題。一個出租房的淋雨水關不嚴，滴水，應該需要換cartridge valve， delta的牌子。但是圖中所示的手柄擰不下來，手柄有個固定的螺母，鏽住了，我用了DW40也是不行。現在感覺是六角的扳手滑了。這種情況，大家都怎麽處理？ 我想用電鑽把固定螺母破壞掉，這行得通嗎？
