收到Broker的 回複了，說: the rate posted on web page is a mistake, $3600 is the right number; the $6595 depost is also a mistake, it shoud be one month of rent. 

唉，這broker當的， 還有這麽隨意mistake的。租房子就這倆 big numbers，全是錯的！幸虧認真看了一下。。。
