看樓下說eviction開始就不要接受payment

想問問看，我都是用Zelle收租或者租客自己去銀行存支票到我帳上，如果我不想接受payment，能否寫張支票退給租客，然後繼續eviction？不然的話隻有關掉這個帳戶還是挺麻煩的。
