下水管總管堵了，請教地下室地麵的汙水如何處理？另值得找保險公司嗎？

房客報告說地下室的管子漏水，地麵已積了水, 我要相熟的plumber 公司去了。剛才房客說，plumber告訴他們是管子堵了汙水他們不能清走，要找人來清，我才知道是sewage管道堵了。房客一直沒提到地麵的積水有氣味，我原以為是水管漏了。請問這樣的汙水要如何清理，找什麽公司？1500sqft大概多少費用？謝謝

 

不知道是否需要找保險公司？保了多年從沒有用過，但近幾年保費仍然大漲，有2500的deductible 。現在兩個plumber已去了幾個小時，估計賬單也有一千多了，就看清理要花多少錢
