牆角漏水的照片，就是地毯掀起來之後，下麵都爛掉了。請大師看看咋回事

這個牆角不靠近任何水管，但是靠外牆，上麵是房頂，下麵是車庫，二樓的臥室牆角。

會不會是隔壁家經常潑水到地板上，引流到我家了？
