今天close了一個single family，大概六折買下來的

今年要好好做一下出租屋，努力多買點。前兩年都沒怎麽買。去年就買了五個。今天剛過戶了今年第一個出租屋。現金買的，也算是搶的deal。1700尺，兩個洗手間，三個臥室

大概市價六折買的。需要做下油漆，弄一下地板。廚房衛生間比較舊了，猶豫要不要做。爭取很快上線出租吧
