關於升艙的問題

我剛剛訂好AA的艙班回上海，想去看看升艙的選項，結果發現來回中美的兩趟艙班都沒有給任何升艙選項，cash offer都沒有，更別說點數了。但明明剛剛訂票的時候商務艙還有挺多位置的。

這是怎麽回事？
