是老板素質底還是員工素質底？

老板要節約費用無可厚非，　但這樣責罵員工，　真是白讀那麽多書。　
還有，　你對網絡常識都沒有，　別在開口閉口自稱營銷專家了。

雇員們都沒有關燈關冷暖氣的概念。才九月底，一個前台接待員覺得早上冷，就把整個旅館的暖氣開了。接連幾天都是這樣。

我們問她，為什麽開暖氣。她說我很冷。我們說，你冷。不是顧客冷。他們的房間有冷暖器自由調節。懶得帶毛衣，你就開整個旅館的暖氣！旅館不是為你開的。你作為雇員這樣揮霍資源是很不應該的。

我們製定了開燈開冷暖氣的時間表。擅自使用是　 fired -able wrong doing. 　

美國勞工的素質真的很低。
