當然節約的人素質高，浪費的人素質低．我隻不過是環境保護愛好者．為了保護地球，聯合國早就呼籲溫度調節在６５度左右．九月底，溫度遠沒低到６５度需要開暖氣吧？說無端浪費的人素質底太客氣了．他們是自私，可恥，
