ebay上遇到刁民怎麽辦

有個人在網上先後四次bid我的四個vcd然後讓我給他發一個總的invoice並提出要求說Hi I sent you a total request and what I got was a payment reminder. Please package these into a flat rate shipping box and send me a total with corrected shipping charges. It does not cost $35.52 to ship these items in one box. Your assistance is appreciated. Thank you!
說來也巧,當天我發現我賣的vcd電源有問題,就告訴他讓他等到生產廠家返修後再交易或者取消交易.他就說
What battery are you talking about? I already own vcd so please explain about this battery issue. This doesn't sound quite right.
我就向他解釋並道歉,然後他說
And you did not know that there was a problem until the weekend when the auctions closed? I guess I need to contact ebay to insure I can buy these later at the same price?
我又向他解釋,並告訴他我已經關閉了所有的這種vcd的交易,也向其它買家提出了請等待或者取消交易的請求.他不聽說
"Please send me the company phone number. I will get them to send me new batteries direct and complete purchase with you. Thanks
提出這樣的要求我就沒理他
然後這家夥立即用paypal付了所有的錢然後留言說
Please combine shipping to a flat rate USPS box and refund overcharge.

我是ebay新手第一次遇到這樣的刁民.我要怎麽辦?要不要和ebay上的幹部先解釋一下?
如果要的話,我英文不太好請幫我簡單寫幾句謝謝各位朋友幫忙了
