這種情況我應該ship還是不ship

This person bought my item, paid. Shipping label 剛打出來幾秒鍾，
她就馬上 filed paypal dispute as "NOT receipt".

她的理由就是先file dispute，這樣可以讓賣家趕緊發貨。要是發慢了
她的錢就退回去了。

如果我不發貨，她說就ebay neg. feedback.
如果我發貨，她說她收到就close paypal dispute.
但是如果我發貨，但是我的錢還是被held，誰知道在這期間，賠破
大媽是不是會退錢給她。


對付這種混蛋，到底應該發還是不發？
