The buyer like this is not nice at all. If she received your item, she wants to return later? If you do not agree to return, she will threaten u to leave you a -. My suggestion is to cancel this order. Also, call ebay to state all the whole thing. If she gave you a - FB, ebay will help you to remove it. One more thing, the buy filing a dispute claim is not good for the item you sell and your account.
