從中國進一些美國品牌的貨物來賣

請問如果從中國進一些美國品牌的貨物來賣,合法不合法? 比如美國印的書和碟之類的,如果從國內進那些外貿出口的書,然後自己賣,算不算違法?我看到淘寶上有很多在賣外貿原單的東西,價格當然差好多倍了.
