Grey import 是可以的，必須是中美同時銷售的產品

舉個例子，你從中國P&G買肥皂到美國賣是可以的。隻要有顧客買就行。 P&G不會告你的。

你從外貿廠進原單書和碟，廠裏不會賣你的。淘寶買的，這個你沒有授權的，中國不容易出關，到了美國賣，小量沒問題，量大了有版權人告你。

所以Grey import 選項目很重要。必須要中美都同時在銷售的，不過一般肯定美國便宜。

在中國不內銷的，拿到美國銷售，這個不是grey import,是侵權。
