買現成的Franchise好還是自己建一個新的好?

買現成的一般要價在年收入的十倍以上吧? 如果自己聯係Franchise,建一個新的店,誰知道平均需要年收入的幾倍? 很多人說好的投資應該在5-8年收回成本.

如果投資30%的downpay,買個五十萬的店,年利潤五萬,去掉mortgage付款,隻剩下一萬六七千,要想養家至少需要買 1.5-2 million的才行, 也就是自己要投資 45-60 萬的downpay才行.想到這裏不免有些泄氣.

大家能否討論一下怎麽樣做最好?
