whatever it's nice choice, but you have a better one

Getting a franchise store whatever it's ready-to-use or build by yourslf is great idea, because franchise system can make you success compare with other traditional business, even you need invest a loyal fee and obligation fee, it can dramaticly reduce your risk. but it need time to get back your investment. For example Mcdonald, you need downpay 1 million, then every year you need pay Loyal fee, however you can start earn benefit after seven years. but you need devote all your time. As a result you have money but no time. I have a better idea, do you want to know?
