ebay上拍了不付, 對方open unpaid case

1.沒有說明要收sales tax,結果拍了來了帳單8.25%給加上去了。　

2.不接受PayPal付款，非要credit card or money order or cashier's check 給他 - 這第二點我不告他就好了，他居然惡人先告狀。用了PayPal還有沒收到東西錢追不回來的時候，誰敢用其它的方式付款。

3.後來改口說可以用PayPal了，不過他原來的listing裏就沒有這個選項，現在就算要從PayPal裏直接Pay for ebay items by item # 都做不到。我沒有可能直接Send Money to him. It is 100% absolutely not protected by PayPal.

賣東西難，沒想到做個純買家也難。有沒有啥建議？謝謝。不是真的不想付，不過付了總得受點保護的吧？今年做為買家已經損失了好幾百大洋了，不能不小心。
