回複：ebay上拍了不付, 對方open unpaid case

1.沒有說明要收sales tax,結果拍了來了帳單8.25%給加上去了。　

Sales tax is law if you and the seller in the same or some states. Do not need to state. You do not see every store on street show you how much is the sales tax until you check out.

You as an adult should know it.

2.不接受PayPal付款，非要credit card or money order or cashier's check 給他 - 這第二點我不告他就好了，他居然惡人先告狀。用了PayPal還有沒收到東西錢追不回來的時候，誰敢用其它的方式付款。

Credit card has better protection to consumers.

3.後來改口說可以用PayPal了，不過他原來的listing裏就沒有這個選項，現在就算要從PayPal裏直接Pay for ebay items by item # 都做不到。我沒有可能直接Send Money to him. It is 100% absolutely not protected by PayPal.



賣東西難，沒想到做個純買家也難。有沒有啥建議？謝謝。不是真的不想付，不過付了總得受點保護的吧？今年做為買家已經損失了好幾百大洋了，不能不小心。
