您說的是春明吧

剛看了三聯出版的一本趙珩寫的《老饕漫筆 - 近五十年飲饌摭記》，裏邊有一篇講崇文門內的一家法國麵包坊，50年代初改名叫“解放”食品店，60年代二樓是友誼商店的外賓食品特供。後來“解放”和麻線胡同的“華記”合並，70年代改名“春明”。

據說當年“解放”的西式麵包、香腸、奶酪等是全北京最好的，全北京崇洋媚外的人也都能在“解放”互相遇見。
