謝謝!最近我沒有買到板油,隻能用一般豬油做黑洋酥,如果有板油,這粢毛團的口感更好!

以前吃的粢毛團都是肉餡的,第一次知道還有甜餡的。沒有板油用椰子油也一樣。蔥油熬得不夠黑。看過算吃過,揩揩嘴巴。。。

謝謝!我以前做過肉餡粢毛團,看到其他地方做甜的,所以用黑洋酥來做。有買過椰子油,但是沒有用它來做黑洋酥,蔥油還是碧綠好~
