醬爆腰果雞丁，用料做法簡單，雞肉滑嫩，微辣香甜，味道好極了。

用料：

一塊雞胸肉---- a piece of chicken breast

1/3杯腰果 ---- 1/3 cup raw cashews

四個彩椒 ---- 4 small bell peppers

一根蔥 ---- 1 scallion

兩瓣大蒜 ---- 2 garlic cloves

幾片生薑 ---- few sliced of ginger

1/8 小勺鹽 ---- 1/8tsp salt

1/8 小勺白胡椒粉 ----1/8 tsp white pepper

1 大勺料酒 ----1 tbsp cooking wine

2 大勺玉米澱粉 - 2 tbsp cornstarch

1/2大勺甜麵醬 ---- 1/2 tbsp sweet bean paste

1/2大勺黃豆醬 ---- 1/2 tbsp soybean paste

1/2大勺辣豆瓣醬---- 1/2 tbsp spicy bean paste

1大勺料酒 ---- 1 tbsp cooking wine

1大勺生抽醬油 ---- 1 tbsp light soy sauce

1小勺老抽醬油 ---- 1 tsp dark soy sauce
