我是用一個比較深的蒸鍋,把自來水溫調到最高,燙手的那種,裝6-10厘米深的熱自來水,然後放個鐵架子,用來隔水蒸的那種,超市有賣的,鐵架子上放個鐵盤子或者瓷盤子,把麵團放在裏麵,蓋上鍋蓋。這樣發酵很好,溫暖濕潤。
