《寶煲家常》香幹菠菜、酸辣魚下巴

香幹菠菜：





香幹二塊，菠菜二把，香幹切小丁，菠菜水燙時，在水中滴幾滴油，少加點鹽，燙至略熟馬上出鍋衝涼瀝幹切小段，加入香油、鹽拌勺即可，簡單美味。





酸辣魚下巴；







獅魚下巴一付，自製泡菜、泡椒、泡蒜薑少許，將魚下巴先用蔥薑酒泡一小時，擦幹油煎至金黃，起魚留底油，入薑蒜泡菜煸香，再入魚下巴，加水共煮至湯濃，再加半塊嫩豆腐，哇，口感酸辣，湯濃味醇，痛快！
