they need good lawyer. the felony charge should not be final. take a well defined privacy law for an example. if your tree branch from your backyard growing over the fen divider to your neighbour yard, your neighbor has the right to cut that portion and do whatever they want with it. network privacy law is still in its infancy, not mature. so, if you in favour of a free internet access please join its advocatacy. make your vocie be heard.
