我是菜鳥,懇求您們的幫助,十分感謝

我的電腦需要重裝,但裏麵有很多文件需要保留,我經常聽說過"備份",但我對它一無所知,
"備份"是可以把電腦裏的文件在格硬盤時保留下來嗎?是否能不另外(具體是怎麽操作的呢?,這方麵不想勞駕各位,如果能推薦網站給我自己試著找,已經很感激了)我隻是想了解"備份"的概念.
