1. Copy and paste the text below into a new text document named "my.reg" in Notepad. I suggest saving it on your desktop.
2. Double click the file to update your registry. This should unlock the registry, after the next couple of steps.
3. Reboot your computer (not just restart - shut it all the way down, wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on).
4. After the reboot, you should be able to edit the registry as desired. Do please make it a rule to export and save a copy of the registry before making any changes thereto.
