怎樣 able "Registry editing" 功能

我想在 Win. 2000 Professional 上從 Start--Run，再輸入 regedit 去刪除一個 zxdows.dll 檔案，但當我輸入 regedit 後，出現以下內容：

"Registry editing has been disabled by your administrator".

請問有什麽辦法去 able 這個 Registry editing 功能嗎？謝謝。
