係統出了問題,急!在線等

本人欲format硬盤，重裝係統，誰知DELL給的係統盤竟不是啟動盤，於是弄了幾張DOS
啟動盤，但當我欲format硬盤時，總是給出以下信息，請高手指點，感謝萬分！

FDISK C:
PARAMETER FORMAT NOT CORRECT -C:

FORMAT C:
CANNOT FORMAT A NETWORK DRIVE
