The current games just cannot take any advantage of 256MB.
The performance with 128MB and 256MB are pretty much the same.
The future games may be able to use 256MB more effectively.
So if money is not an issue then go for 256MB. By the way,
ATI RADEON 9800PRO Video Card, 256MB is still cheaper.
