If I were you, I'll choose the second one to save some money.
And also you don't need 3400+, 3000+ is more than enough. You
don't need 10,000RPM HD, 7200RPM is just fine. Drop CD-RW since
you already have DVD+-RW. I personally prefer

ATI RADEON 9800PRO Video Card, 128MB DDR, 256-bit, DVI/TV-Out, 8X AGP

which saves you about another $100. What you listed is extreme
highend which is not necessary.
