msn messager音頻通話的時候無法聽到對方的聲音

msn messager音頻通話的時候無法聽到對方的聲音，不知道問題在什麽地方？以前都是好的，視頻連接也正常。不知道有沒有朋友碰到同樣的問題解決過？
