請教：英文Win2K以及WinXP下，用什麽中文平台比較好

最重要的是哪能下載。

要在英文Win2K下裝一個中文程序，以及中文輸入等，什麽
中文平台比較好？

原來Win98下用RichWin2000比較好，但我找不到
在NT下可用的RichWin2000，哪位知道哪能下載？
